As we end the week I figured I'd show a sneak look at an upcoming Blinko Book called, The Last Dinosaur. The project is based on an internal concept we had then was co-developed with Dale and after much begging Court finally signed on. Here is a Page from the project. We have completed the Battle Smash book and are now looking for couple of pin-ups to include. Anyone interested can email the pin-up to info@vipercomics.com with subject heading Battle Smash Pin-Up. Pin-up submissions are due by 4/27/10. Artwork should needs to be size of 8X8, .tif, and 300 DPI. Artwork: At least one of the Battle Smash characters must be featured and should be in an action pose, get creative, you can even have him battling your own character. However, please don't have them in scene with a known character which requires a license approval for publication (ie. Batman, Superman, Spiderman etc.) Selected pin-ups will be published in the June 2010 Battle Smash book and each individual selected will be provided with 20 copies of the book. Well its approved! We've been waiting for the final OK on a webcomic that is created by a known actress (more details coming soon), and for those couple of people that know...SHHHHHH!!!! The webcomic has become part of the Viper Webcomic roster, and now we start the task of collaborating to get the right color scheme and design for the webcomic which will have weekly updates. These single page strips are just awesome, and they just have such a cool vibe as if you've taken a slice of life. Below you will see some of the different color schemes we've been working on.
