Combining elements of humor, mystery and horror, private investigator Alan Sirois and his partner Mr. Bloomberg, a paraplegic ventriloquist dummy who Alan believes was shot in the back by an assailant and became crippled when the bullet lodged in his spine, return in an all new adventure.

Part journalist and part fiction writer, Jason M. Burns made the leap into the comic book industry in 2004 after being approached to write a short story for Dead@17: Rough Cut, Volume 1. Since that time he has written a number of critically acclaimed projects including the The Expendable One, A Dummy’s Guide to Danger, The Underworld Railroad, and The Sleepy Truth. While he has been working regularly in comics, Burns has been concentrating on a career in Hollywood as well, writing and developing a number of projects for film and television.

Ron Chan graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in sequential art, and has jumped into the art field with several small comics projects as well as storyboarding for Pendulum Studios. Joe Eisma is a freelance video game and comic artist. He graduated from Baylor University with a degree in film, and did graduate studies in Video Game Art and Animation at the Guildhall at Southern Methodist University. He served as lead artist and animator on titles such as Eclipse, ZeroG and Depths of Peril. He is currently working on games for the Nintendo DS and PC platforms, in addition to his comic work.
A lifelong comic book fan, he worked on a few pitches before landing the sequel to A Dummy's Guide to Danger, which will be his first published work. He resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with his wife Kimberly where he enjoys annoying his cats, documentary film and working in his pajamas.
