Rumor has it MM: DAA should be available by this Wednesday in stores. So says Javier Grillo-Marxuach on Twitter.

For some reason I’ve not been able to get my local shops to even “see” it available for pre-order. Hope it arrives soon. Love the DVDs and first GN.

Local store never even *heard* of The Middleman, kept telling me he was waiting for a call back from his distributor. Finally gave up on them and pre-ordered from ComicsInfinity.com.

Had similar experience at local shop. Waiting on a call from their distributor too. Had the same issue with them regarding The Middleman: The Collected Series Indispensability… found a copy from Amazon.ca (Canada) and the shop eventually got it’s own copy a few weeks later (after I canceled my special order).

Just a heads up that I added The Middleman: Doomsday Armageddon Apocalypse to the “You should be reading” series. It’s a great book. Here is the link:

I just won’t be the same without Les. I’m going to have to do some hard thinking on whether or not I’ll buy a non-Les-drawn MiddleMan…

Glad Viper is offering this GN somewhere… but it’d be nice if it were possible to order it or find it from at least a few national or local retailers.

The ISBN for DAA has, like Wendy Watson’s Dad, “disappeared under mysterious and as-yet-unexplained circumstances”. I’m hopeful that Viperbot might enlighten us on the subject.

FYI, please fix the shopping cart. I get a charge of 50 cents for shipping when adding an item like DAA but then on review it’s really $4.50…

@David – Thanks for the head’s up on the shopping cart thing. We’ll look into it. Seems to correct itself when going back to shop after visiting the checkout page once. Currently shipping is set to start at $4, plus $0.50 for each item.

I’ve updated the MM:DAA isbn (it was also incorrect on the product page for some reason.

As for national/local retailers… I can tell you we’ve gotten a lot of orders from distributors and we have fullfilled those orders.

Someone beat me to posting comments on that “Comics worth reading” review.

It should be said that the critic does claim that even with the extra $4.50… “It’s still worth it.”

RE: My earlier ISBN concerns: Glad Viper “fixed” it’s incorrect ISBN. Oddly that wasn’t something I noticed. I was actually concerned that it didn’t seem available to even “look up” in various places. Be it local book stores (some national chains) or Comic Book Shops… even if “distributors” have it… it is very hard to find any retail “foot print” of it’s existence.

Regarding the retail “foot print” of Middleman: DAA

A certain online book store being with an A… has been offering it on their site but has been Temporarily Out of Stock for more then a week. Hopefully the distributors and Viper still have copies of MM:DAA to give.

With that said any news on if more copies of MM:The CSI will be made available or updated to include MM:DAA?

    Hey there,

I’m trying to get a copy of this comic in Argentina. Can you tell me of any distributors that might have it down here? I’ve been looking in a few big stores in Buenos Aires, but no luck so far.

Really looking forward to reading this.

today is 09/17 and my purchased copy of Doomsday has been in the mail for 10 days and has not yet arrived. It has not updated tracking on stamps.com since 09/13. How can I receive customer service regarding my order?
