Viper Superhero Patrols Columbia
Individual calling himself “Viper”, a crimefighter superhero who patrols the streets of Columbia in efforts to keep the streets safe says he’s not a vigilante. Police have asked him to stop as Columbia has a law that makes it illegal to wear a mask.
